I care about how things work, not just how they look.
Good design makes complexity understandable. That means working through the underlying system, not just the surface of it, so the products stay clear and usable as they grow.

Start with how it works
Before any polish, I map the flow: who does what, and in what order. Wireframes keep the conversation on structure, not colour.

Keep only what earns its place
Merging two delivery apps into one, we carried over only the features people actually used, and left the rest behind.

Design the system, not the screen
Shared navigation, patterns, and record layouts mean that learning one part of a product teaches you the rest.
